Taxes, Duties & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates, local VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, import taxes, or other governmental charges may apply in the destination country. Such fees are determined by local authorities and may be collected upon delivery.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
