Refund policy
At Astiraè, we take pride in delivering carefully crafted skin and hair care products. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we have established the following return policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges (General Policy)
Due to the personal care nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered.
This policy is clearly stated on each product page prior to purchase.
2. Exceptions – Wrong or Damaged Items
We will accept a return only in the following cases:

3. Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return under the approved exceptions above, all items in the order (including any promotional or complimentary gifts) must be returned and meet the following conditions:

Unused, unaltered, and in their original condition

Returned in the original packaging with all labels and seals intact

Accompanied by the original order confirmation
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
4. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
Orders that are undeliverable due to reasons including but not limited to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Refusal at delivery

Cancellation after the order has been shipped
will be subject to the following policy:

Delivery will be attempted up to three (3) times

After three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse

Shipping, handling, and return charges will be deducted from any applicable refund or charged accordingly
Astiraè is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
